De Nederlandse Ambassade in Londen, Dutch Edtech en ROM Utrecht Region willen er voor en met jullie een succesvolle en onvergetelijke reis van maken. Meld je via ons aan zodat de ticketkosten voor de BETT vervallen.

Great that you’re interested in joining the group of Netherlands based Edtech companies to BETT in London from January 24 - 26. The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the United Kingdom, Dutch Edtech and the Regional Development Agency of Utrecht Region (ROM Utrecht Region) are joining forces again to get you all up and close to cutting edge international Edtech action. Hieronder kun je je aanmelden voor de deelname aan het programma van de Nederlandse delegatie. Je aanmeld informatie kan worden gedeeld met anderen.

Aanmelden als standhouder

Je krijgt dan voor een halve dag een stand in de Nederlandse Edtech Lounge en enkele inhoudelijke events. Daarvoor brengen we je 1000 Euro (ex. BTW) in rekening. Als standhouder moet je product(en) en dienst(en) direct afneembaar zijn in het buitenland, ze moeten een duidelijke innovatieve waarde hebben en (minimaal) Engelstalig aangeboden en te gebruiken zijn. Na een gemotiveerd verzoek om een plek in de stand krijg je zo snel mogelijk een reactie van ons.

Participeren als missiedeelnemer

Je bezoekt dan de beurs, de door ons georganiseerde borrel op de stand en je krijgt de mogelijkheid deel te nemen aan de inhoudelijke opening op de Ambassade. Hiervoor brengen we je 250 Euro per deelnemend bedrijf in rekening. Tevens zal je bedrijf worden meegenomen in de branding rondom de stand.

We raden je aan om per trein naar Londen te gaan. Het eerste programma onderdeel begint op dinsdagavond 23 januari om 18:00 bij de Nederlandse Ambassade in Londen.

Reis- en verblijfkosten naar / in Londen zijn voor eigen rekening.

Let op: een BETT ticket voor bedrijven kost ongeveer €1000,-. Als je je bij ons registreert, melden wij je aan en vervallen die kosten.

Op vrijdagmiddag 8 december vanaf 15:00 in het het Stadskantoor van Utrecht een live ‘kick-off’ van de BETT reis met nadere informatie en met de mogelijkheid tot wederzijdse kennismaking en het stellen van vragen. Deelnemers ontvangen automatisch een uitnodiging voor die sessie.

Signing up as an Exhibitor

In order to qualify for a stand for half a day, your product(s) / service(s) need to be currently available in English. They also have to be innovative and scalable. After we have received your motivated request we will notify you as soon as possible if you have been selected as exhibitor.

Exhibitors will be charged 1000 Euro ex. VAT.

Regular participants in the mission

As regular participant you will be able to take part in the drinks reception that we organize at the stand and the opening event at the Embassy in London. Your company will be profiled in the Edtech NL BETT 2024 brochure, on the wall of our Lounge and on social media. Participants will be charged 250 ex VAT (per company).

Further information

You are advised to take a train to London on Tuesday the 23rd of January. Please note that the first programme activity starts at the Netherlands Embassy in London at 18:00 on Tuesday evening the 23rd of January. Mission participants cover their own travel and board & lodging costs.

We’ll be organizing a live ‘kick-off’ to our BETT trip at Stadskantoor Utrecht (right next to Utrecht CS) on Friday December 8, between 15:00 and 17:00. During this session, you can get acquainted with fellow participants and with us. Also, we’ll share the latest program and travel information. Upon registration, you will receive further notification about the kick-off session.

Please note: a BETT ticket for companies costs approximately €1000. If you register with us, we will register you at BETT and those costs will be waived.
